Council History

Holy Cross Council was founded in 1991. The Council works closely with Holy Cross Parish in Ottawa, providing funds for various projects, members being active participants in their parish.

Meetings

Our monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from September to June in the Parish Hall, 685 Walkley Road, at 7:30 pm.

Council Activities

Our council hosts a large number of activities throughout the year. Some of these activities are social, such as the Pancake Breakfast, the annual Pig Roast, the Steak and Awards BBQ, and the St. Patrick's Day party. But some of the activities are religious, such as the distribution of Religious Mementos to children, and the Memorial Mass. In addition, the council sponsors a twice weekly rosary at the church.
