The Hospitality Committee invites you to mark your calendar for the Annual Christmas Bake and Craft Sale on Sunday, December 7, 2008 after all morning Masses in the parish hall.

Mark your calendars for our Old Fashioned Parish Supper which will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2008.

Tickets are on sale after weekend Masses for the Women's Breakfast on Saturday, October 18, 2008. Our guest speaker is Grete Hale. She spent many years in the family business, Morrison-Lamothe, and is well known for her humanitarian work. Grete is a recipient of many distinguished awards, including the Order of Canada.

Holy Cross Parish is hosting Catholicism 201 on eight consecutive Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. beginning on September 25, 2008. All parishioners and interested members of the public are invited to take part.

Two members of Holy Cross Parish, Andrew Flynn and Krista Costanza, received a special blessing from Fr James before departing on a World Youth Day pilgrimage to Australia. Andrew and Krista also received a gift from the Holy Cross Youth Group, as a token of appreciation for their leadership and participation in group events.
