The Hospitality Committee served the parish's annual Old Fashion Parish Supper on Saturday, November 5, 2011. As always, the committee did a superb job in organizing the event and treating parishioners to a memorable meal. Karen Flynn, the Hospitality Committee Chair, hosted the sold-out event; Fr. Reg McNeil led the attendees in saying grace before the meal.

Each year, the hard-working members of the Hospitality Committee organize a series of events, including numerous Coffee Sunday's, a Christmas Craft and Bake Sale, the Women's Breakfast, the Spring Tea and the Old Fashion Supper.

Other members of the parish pitched in to help with the running of the event. Members of Holy Cross Council of the Knights of Columbus set up the tables, worked in the kitchen, managed the bar and helped with the post-event cleanup. Several members of the Holy Cross Youth Group helped serve the meals and stayed late to assist in the cleanup.

The next event to be hosted by the Hospitality Committee is the annual Christmas Craft and Bake Sale, Sunday, December 4 in the Parish Hall.
