The Knights of Columbus of Holy Cross Council hosted the annual Pancake Breakfast in the Parish Hall after the morning Masses on Sunday, February 26, 2006. One hundred and sixty-seven parishioners purchased tickets for the event.

Peter Choquette, the organizer of this year's breakfast, thanked parishioners who attended and all the volunteers who contributed to the success of the event.

The Knights have hosted this annual event since the inception of Council 10617 in April 1991. This year, as part of their 15th anniversary celebrations, the Knights have scheduled three social occasions in the spring - the Pancake Breakfast on February 26, a St. Patrick's Day Party on March 17, and their Fifteenth Anniversary Dinner on April 21, 2006.
