Celebration of the Eucharist

Sacrament of Baptism

Parents must be registered Holy Cross parishioners for at least 2 months prior to requesting this sacrament. A baptism preparation program is required for all parents. Please contact the office for further information.

Sacrament of First Holy Communion

In order to First Holy Communion on April 11 or April 15, 2018, parents must register their children and attend the mandatory parents meeting on November 16 at 6:30 pm in the parish hall. The registration form and important information about preparation for First Holy Communion and First Reconciliation are provided in separate PDF documents. Schedules for the sacramental preparation activities will be posted in the weekly bulletin, which is available on this site.

Sacrament of Confirmation

In order to celebrate the sacrament of Confirmation in the spring of 2018, please attend the mandatory parent meeting on November 1, 2017 at 6:30 pm in the parish hall. The registration forms and important information about preparation for the sacrament are available in separate PDF documents. Schedules for the Confirmation classes will be posted in the weekly bulletin, which is available on this site.

Sacrament of Marriage

Arrangements should begin at least six months in advance of the desired date of marriage. Please contact the office for further information.

Sacrament of the Sick

To receive the sacrament, please contact the office. Communal celebrations will occur occasionally as announced in the bulletin.

Pastoral Care

Pastoral visits are available for the sick, lonely, shut-in, depressed, or bereaved parishioners. Please contact the office for further information.

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (R.C.I.A.)

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is the norm for the process of bringing adults into full sacramental initiation in the Church. Interested persons are always welcome. Please contact the office for further information.
