Gospel Acclamation: Come follow me, says the Lord, and I will make you fishers of men. (Matt 4.19)
Gospel: Luke 5.1-11

Theme:  Jesus comes to us and calls us to bring His message of God’s love into our world.
Commentary:  Do you like to go fishing? Or maybe you know someone who does. People have many reasons for going fishing. Some like to eat fish and catching fish might be less expensive than buying it at the store. For others it is a fun hobby, giving them a chance to relax and rest. Some say they don’t care if they catch fish or not, they just like fishing.
